Before you begin any construction project, the Marilyn Estates Architectural Control Committee must approve even simple projects, as required by the subdivision’s deed restrictions.
Building a new structure, garage, roof or partial roof, as well as other modifications or additions to any structure on your property require written approval by the Architectural Control Committee.
This also includes carports, storage sheds, pools and greenhouses, fence replacement or changes, and TV Dish antennas. In addition, painting of your home, even if it is a repeat of your present color, must be approved in advance.
For approval, call a member of the Architectural Control Committee listed below and he will tell you what is needed for approval. There can be penalties assessed if you do not get approval first!
